Pillar A brings together the humanities and social sciences perspective at the JTC and examines how socially just, sustainable, and inclusive change can be achieved. The focus is on social dynamics, participation, and transformation processes. As part of the Institute for Structural Change and Sustainability (HALIS) at the University of Halle, the innovation teams work closely with partners in the field on joint projects and promote mutual transfer between research, society, and business. Their shared goal is to provide scientific support for structural change, actively participate in it, and contribute knowledge and ideas for practical application.<\/p>\n
