The \u201cTransfer\u201d component of the graduate school equips doctoral candidates to translate their research into social, artistic, economic, and political contexts \u2014 in a reflective, responsible, and effective manner.<\/p>\n

Based on the European EntreComp framework, participants develop key transferable and entrepreneurial skills <\/strong>over the course of five consecutive semesters. They learn to identify opportunities arising from structural change, analyze stakeholders, establish collaborative projects, and deal constructively with uncertainty. They also strengthen their self-efficacy, resilience, and communication skills in order to convey research in an accessible way and win others over to their own ideas.<\/p>\n

The \u201cTransfer\u201d component of the graduate school thus creates a space where doctoral candidates can reflect on and actively shape their role in structural change.
