Basic research that addresses questions about the future is confronted in the region with the urgent demands of the present. Shared paths do not emerge through good will alone. Targeted and sustainable collaboration requires ongoing dialogue and effective communication.<\/p>\n

Technology transfer and startup coaching empowers research teams to communicate their scientific expertise clearly and effectively, thereby ensuring its impact. It is not merely about developing strategies for commercializing research findings. The focus is equally on the processes and skills required to effectively translate research into practical applications:<\/p>\n

Where does real value for the region come from?
How can we communicate this effectively and appropriately with different target groups?<\/p>\n

What do scenarios look like in which research addresses specific needs in the region and generates positive momentum?
What entrepreneurial perspectives can be systematically considered\u2014ranging from traditional technology- or knowledge-based spin-offs to social entrepreneurship approaches?<\/p>\n

Overcoming Internal Obstacles<\/strong>
What impact do we really want to make\u2014as a team and as individuals?
Where are routines and academic processes holding us back?
Who will take responsibility\u2014for results and for the claim to effectively anchor science in the region?<\/p>\n

What role do we want to take in the region’s transformation process?
Where are the concrete intersections between our expertise and the region’s strategic goals?
Where do opportunities for collaboration and shared interests arise? How do we design exchange formats so that contacts turn into sustainable collaborations?<\/p>\n
