Generating a Return from Digitalization? This Question Was at the Center of the 6th Digitalization Forum of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Digital Affairs (MID) in Magdeburg on December 11, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Just Transition Center (JTC)<\/strong> was invited to present two of its current research and development projects. Around 25 representatives from state administration, municipalities, and specialized ministries discussed ways in which digitalization<\/strong> can create real added value for the state of Saxony-Anhalt.<\/p>\n

Digitalizing Administrative Processes<\/h3>\n

State Secretary Bernd Schl\u00f6mer opened the event and provided an overview of the current status of key digitalization topics in the state. The event concluded with a lecture by Prof. Dr. Katja Nebe (Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg), who examined the role of artificial intelligence from the perspective of gender equality and non-discrimination \u2013 an important cross-cutting topic for the digitalization of public processes.<\/p>\n
