In our innovation teams, not only PhD Candidates and Post-Docs do innovative research, but also Bachelor’s and Master’s theses are supervised. In Team B4 “Designer Proteins as Bio-based Binders”<\/a> Ludwig Kraus successfully completed his Master’s Thesis titled “Rekombinante Produktion eines von Polychaeten-, Kollagen- und Seide-inspirierten artifiziellen <\/strong>Bindeproteins (PCS) und dessen materialwissenschaftliche Charakterisierung”. <\/strong>For that, he is now receiving the GBM Best Master’s Award 2026 with which the\u00a0German Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology honours outstanding thesis in biochemistry and molecular biology and thus supports early-career researchers.<\/p>\n The thesis was supervised by Dr. Constanze Zwies<\/a> within the research team of Prof. Dr. Markus Pietzsch.<\/p>\n We congratulate Ludwig Krau\u00df to this outstanding work!<\/p>\n
