JUSTTRANSFER
At JUSTTRANSFER, we believe that excellent research should not exist in isolation. It should be connected – to society, to innovation, and to transformation. That’s why we support doctoral researchers in developing not only their academic skills, but also their ability to collaborate across disciplines, translate knowledge into action, and contribute to meaningful change.
Our graduate school offers a structured qualification program that combines disciplinary expertise, interdisciplinary exchange, and entrepreneurial thinking. Closely linked to the university’s Transfer and Start-up Service and embedded within the European Center for Transition Research, we provide a learning environment that reflects the real-world challenges of structural change and sustainable development in the region.
We guide doctoral candidates along their academic journey with tailor-made workshops, personal mentoring, and hands-on experience in knowledge transfer – because we believe that today’s researchers are tomorrow’s changemakers.
